Wompro was established in 1993 and remains an 100% Australian-owned and operated Promotional Products Agency with the same directors in place today. Our specific areas of expertise include award winning creative services, ecommerce and web design, merchandise fulfilment programs, warehousing & distribution facilities, global sourcing and custom product design including POS and packaging.

Supply Lines

Over the past decade, Wompro has concentrated on sourcing and developing long-term relationships with the best manufacturers of goods and services in both Australia and around the globe.

Today we offer one of the finest supply networks for promotional products in the world. This network is constantly evolving, as we continuously source and invest in better suppliers & manufacturing techniques.
This ensures that all products supplied are of the finest quality of their type available and delivered on time.

Our job is to source the best supply of products at the best quality –to price ratio for our clients from wherever in the world


QC & Logistics

All products supplied would be of a high quality and this is representative of the supply network we use. Our suppliers currently manufacture for many of the leading brands and licensees around the world including Titleist, Callaway, Mercedes Benz, Disney, Quiksilver, Grand Prix Corporation and many more.

The most significant part of the supply process are the QA & QC processes undertaken . With operatives in Australia and overseas to oversee all production processes undertaken, we ensure that the product delivered is of the standard expected by the client at all times.

It is our policy to ensure the following QA steps are adhered to for all products manufactured by us:

i) All suppliers utilised by Wompro are subject to a Factory Audit to ensure all products pass stringent safety standards and that they meet health, safety and fair labour standards.
ii) Prior to production, all counter samples will be submitted for any required changes and approval.
iii) Production samples submitted for further approval and to allow final changes if necessary.
iv) Intra production checks undertaken by inspectors to ensure consistent product quality.
v) Final shipment inspectors on a standard percentage of goods, as per world TQA standards, are undertaken by Wompro to ensure that goods comply with clients’ requirements.

This process serves to minimize the risk of inferior goods being shipped to our clients.

Wompro also provide a warranty on products purchased against manufacturers’ defects for 90 days or manufacturer’s warranty, whichever is greater
