Client: Hayme's Paint

Product: Sandwich Maker – Trade Promotion

Wompro has had a long standing relationship with Hayme's Paints, delivering on many past projects. So when they asked us to develop their next trade promotion, we were quite clear, with what had to be achieved.

The Hayme’s brief was to deliver a product item that their trade partners, would want to reward painters with. The item had to be functional, have perceived value and would be used on a regular basis. Our target market; males, typically 25-50 and of course painters. Units required were 3000, within a budgetary price point to ensure a viable promotion was achieved. Lead times were also extremely tight.

The client also wanted a product that could be custom branded, introducing the new Hayme's Paints logo.

We presented a series of product options, but the item that best met the brief was a sandwich maker. Our production team worked closely with our offshore supply lines, where we sourced a non-stick, cool to touch premium maker, from a leading supplier. Two styles were supplied.

We not only delivered branded units, but customised Hayme's Paint branded packaging, instruction manuals, warranty and rating cards, all meeting Australian standards. We also managed the packing, freight and delivered them ready for shipment to the retailer partners.

The promotion displayed our ability to again deliver a customised promotion, whilst managing the logistics of - offshore production and delivery with a seamless execution. No wonder the client continues to turn to us for more promotions.
