Brief
SIDS and Kids, one of Australia's largest charities required a new strategy, product mix and POS campaign for Red Nose Day 2007.

Objective of program
• To raise revenue to further research and eradicate SIDS, ultimately
   saving babies’ lives. This is vital, as SIDS & KIDS receives no
   government funding.
• Educate the community and promote the organisation and what
   it does.


Objective of promotional product portion
• Reinvigorate the whole campaign
• Raise $3 million + in gross income through the sale of quality Red
   Nose Day merchandise during the month of June 2007.
• Develop new fund raising items
• Increase sell through rate of merchandise through retail partners.
   Secure existing retail partners and entice new ones.
• Increase online orders from 2006 campaign
• Develop promotional products campaign to promote and assist the
   POS box campaign.  
• Develop additional revenue stream
